This coffee is sourced from our friends at the Las Lajas Mill in Costa Rica. It is a honey-processed, meaning that the inside of the coffee fruit is left on during the drying portion of processing. The sticky mucilage helps to enhance the body of the coffee, but maintains the overall cup clarity.
