The Allagash Wilderness Waterway is an unique natural area established by the People of Maine in 1966.  Located in the heart of northern Maine's working forest, this 92 mile stretch of rivers, streams, lakes and ponds have long been enjoyed as an outdoor adventurer's paradise and a sanctuary for Maine wildlife. At Wicked Joe, we have a local concern for the environmental sustainability efforts of this waterway, leading us to develop our "Allagash Blend".  With each purchase of this product we donate a percentage of the proceeds to various initiatives made by the Maine Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry to ensure that the Allagash Wilderness Waterway will always be maintained as a place of beauty, refuge and recreation.
